MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE
STREET IMPROVEMENT OF ROUGEWAY (SIX MILE TO INKSTER) AND
WHITCOMB (ROUGEWAY TO INKSTER)

On March 26, 1986, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 7:25 p m Present Robert R Bishop, Joan McCotter, Fernon P.
Feenstra, Robert E McCann, Gerald Taylor, Robert D Bennett and Ron Ochala
Absent: None.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance
No. 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public
Improvements, Defraying the expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special
Assessment Procedure", the City Council is opening a public hearing on the
Assessment Roll for the street improvement of Rougeway (Six Mile to Inkster)
and Whitcomb (Rougeway to Inkster) in Section 13 of the City of Livonia,
Michigan.
There were approximately 40 people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera-
tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the
City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 45 p m. , March 26, 1986.
