MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROJECT PLAN BY
THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF LIVONIA
FOR J ANTHONY & CO PROJECT
imwOn July 21, 1986, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 10:01 p m Present Robert R. Bishop, Joan McCotter,
Fernon P. Feenstra, Robert E McCann, Gerald Taylor, Robert D Bennett
and Ron Ochala Absent None
The President stated that his is a public hearing on whether this
City Council should approve the Project Plan recommended by the Economic
Development Corporation of the City of Livonia, consisting of the con-
struction and equipping of a 25,400 square foot office facility to be owned
by and to be used by J Anthony & Co , John Gargaro as sole proprietor,
located at 37450 Schoolcraft, Livonia, Michigan
There were approximately six people present
lbw Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the
office of the City Clerk
The public hearing was declared closed at 10 03 p m , July 21, 1986.
