MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION NO 86-3-2-12 (WAIVER USE)
On July 16, 1986, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
L 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
the President of the Council at 9: 10 p.m. Present. Robert D. Bishop,
Joan McCotter, Fernon P. Feenstra, Robert E McCann, Gerald Taylor,
Robert D. Bennett and Ron Ochala Absent: None
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance
No. 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant
to Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners
in accordance with said Ordinance No 543, the City Council is opening
a public hearing relative to Petition 86-3-2-12, submitted by Ronald
Borrie, requesting waiver use approval to construct a noise control and
equipment installation addition to an existing car wash located on the
south side of Plymouth Road between Middlebelt and Harrison in the
111 Northwest 1/4 of Section 36 of the City of Livooiu.
There were approximately five people preaeot.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcipt of which is on file in the
office of the City Clerk.
The public hearing was declared closed at 9 45 p.m. , July 16, 1986.
