MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE
STREET IMPROVEMENT OF CAVELL (FIVE MILE TO OAKLEY) , OAKLEY
(CAVELL TO INKSTER) AND HOWELL AND MEADOWBROOK (EAST OF CAVELL)
On July 16, 1986, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order
by the President of the Council at 8:30 p.m. Present: Robert R.
Bishop, Joan McCotter, Fernon P. Feenstra, Robert E. McCann, Gerald
Taylor, Robert D Bennett and Ron Ochala Absent None.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance
No 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making
of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assess-
ment and a Special Assessment Procedure", the City Council is opening a
public hearing on the Assessment Roll for the street improvement of
Cavell (Five Mile to Oakley) , Oakley (Cavell to Inkster) and Howell and
lir Meadowbrook (East of Cavell) in the City of Livonia.
There were approximately 30 people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the
office of the City Clerk.
The public hearing was declared closed at 9 10 p m. , July 16, 1986
