MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION NO 85-11-8-26
iftsOn February 24, 1986, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
the President of the Council at 9 48 p m Present Robert R Bishop,
Gerald Taylor, Robert D. Bennett and Ron Ochala Absent Joan McCotter,
Fernon P Feenstra and Robert E McCann
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance
No. 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant
to Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in
accordance with said Ordinance No. 543, the City Council is opening a
public hearing relative to an appeal submitted by Ron Parz Associates
requesting approval of all plans in connection with a proposal to construct
a shopping center on the east side of Middlebelt between Terrence and
iwo Sunnydale in Section 13, City of Livonia
There were approximately 15 people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the
office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 10 24 p.m. , February 24,
1986
