MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR THE IMPROVEMENT
OF MAYFIELD (SEVEN MILE TO CLARITA) IN SECTION 10
On February 24, 1986, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
the President of the Council at 8 50 p m Present Robert R. Bishop,
Gerald Taylor, Robert D Bennett and Ron Ochala Absent Joan McCotter,
Fernon P Feenstra and Robert E McCann
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter
3.08 Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended,
the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for the
street improvement of Mayfield (Seven Mile to Clarita) in Section 10 of
the City of Livonia
There were approximately 35 people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
Lim consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the
office of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9 32 p m , February 24,
1986
