MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE NECESSITY FOR THE STREET
IMPROVEMENT OF CURTIS, WEST OF MERRIMAN
impt On November 17, 1986, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
the President of the Council at 10 05 p m Present Robert R Bishop,
Joan McCotter, Fernon P Feenstra, Robert E. McCann, Gerald Taylor,
Robert D Bennett, Ron Ochala Absent None.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter
3.08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended,
the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for the
street improvement of Curtis, west of Merriman in Section 10 of the
City of Livonia.
There were approximately 25 people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the
office of the City Clerk.
The public hearing was declared closed at 10 10 p m , November 17,
1986
