MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR THE INSTALLATION OF
STREET LIGHTS IN BAT-LYNN SUBDIVISION IN SECTION 23
iOn March 23, 1987, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
the President of the Council at 8:00 p.m. Present: Robert E. McCann,
Joan McCotter, Fernon P. Feenstra, Robert R Bishop, Gerald Taylor,
Ron Ochala. Absent: Robert D Bennett
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter
3.08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended,
the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for the
installation of street lights in Bai-Lynn Subdivision in the Southwest
1/4 of Section 23 of the City of Livonia.
There were approximately 150 people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the
office of the City Clerk
The public hearing was declared closed at 8:45 p m. , March 23, 1987
