MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE
STREET IMPROVEMENT OF OAK DRIVE (NORTH OF FIVE MILE ROAD)
IN THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 13
IMpOn April 1, 1987, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order
by the Vice President of the Council at 8 30 p m Present Joan
McCotter, Fernon P. Feenstra, Robert R Bishop, Gerald Taylor,
Robert D. Bennett and Ron Ochala Absent: Robert D. McCann.
The Vice President stated that pursuant to the provisions of
Ordinance NO. 401 , as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for
the Making of Public Improvement, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special
Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure", the City Council is
opening a public hearing on the Assessment Roll for the street improvement
of Oak Drive (North of Five Mile Road) in the Southeast 1/4 of Section
13 in the City of Livonia.

There were approximately 20 people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the
office of the City Clerk.
The public hearing was declared closed at 8 35 p m , April 1 , 1987
