PUBLIC HEARING RE REQUEST FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT
OF A COMMERCIAL REHABILITATION DISTRICT SUBMITTED BY
PAUL F BOHN, FAUSONE BOHN, LLP
On Monday, May 11, 2015, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council
President Brosnan at 7 12 p m Present. Susan Nash, Brandon Kritzman, John
Pastor, Vice-President Brian Meakin, Laura Toy, and President Maureen Miller
Brosnan Absent. Lynda Scheel
Council President Brosnan stated that this was a public hearing on the
question whether or not to approve the request, submitted by Paul F Bohn,
Fausone Bohn, LLP, for the establishment of a Commercial Rehabilitation
District, for the property located at 27403 Schoolcraft Road and 27451
Schoolcraft Road, Livonia, MI 48150, to help with the expansion and
rehabilitation of this property, within City of Livonia Commercial Rehabilitation
District No 3
There were nine (9) individuals present in the audience regarding this
matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk
