MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION NO 87-5-2-15 (WAIVER USE)
iirOn July 8, 1987, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the Vice
President of the Council at 8 31 p m Present Joan McCotter, Fernon P
Feenstra, Robert R. Bishop, Gerald Taylor, Robert D Bennett, Ron Ochala
Absent: Robert E. McCann.
The Vice President stated taht pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance
No. 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant
to Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in
accordance with said Ordinance No 543, the City Council is opening a public
hearing relative to a use permit submitted by Lidia Veri requesting permission
for waiver use approval to utilize an SDM license in connection with a
bakery proposed to be located on the north side of Seven Mile Road, east of
Farmington Road in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 3 of the City of Livonia.
There were approximately 35 people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consider-
ation by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the
City Clerk.
The public hearing was declared closed at 8 55 p m , July 8, 1987
