MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE
PROPOSED STREET IMPROVEMENT OF FAIRFIELD AND MAYFIELD
SOUTH OF SIX MILE ROAD IN THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 15
On August 17, 1987, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 9 06 p m Present Robert E McCann, Fernon P Feenstra,
Robert R Bishop, Gerald Taylor, Robert D Bennett, Ron Ochala. Absent
Joan McCotter.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No
401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public
Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a
Special Assessment Procedure", the City Council is opening a public hearing
on the Assessment Roll for the street improvement of Fairfield and Mayfield,
South of Six Mile Road in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 15 in the City of
100 Livonia.
There were approximately 25 people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the
office of the City Clerk
The public hearing was declared closed at 9.20 p.m , August 17, 1987
