STREET IMPROVEMENT OF BROADMOOR (MIDDLEBELT TO HARRISON) , SUNNYDALE
(MIDDLEBELT TO ALEXANDER) AND TERRENCE (MIDDLEBELT TO HARRISON)

On June 24, 1987, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic
Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the Vice President
of the Council at 8:00 p m Present Joan McCotter, Fernon P Feenstra,
Robert R. Bishop, Gerald Taylor, Robert D Bennett, Ron Ochala Absent
Robert E. McCann
The Vice President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No
401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public
Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a
Special Assessment Procedure", the City Council is opening a public hearing on
the Assessment Roll for the street improvement of Broadmoor (Middlebelt to Har-
rison) , Sunnydale (Middlebelt to Alexander) and Terrence (Middlebelt to Harrison)
immin the west 1/2 of Section 13 of the City of Livonia
There were approximately 50 people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk
The public hearing was declared closed at 8 47 p m , June 24, 1987
