MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE NECESSITY FOR THE
PROPOSED STREET IMPROVEMENT IN THE BRIGHTMOOR HOME ACRES SUBDIVISION
IN THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 15

On June 15, 1987, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the Vice
President of the Council at 8:00 p.m. Present: Joan McCotter, Fernon P.
Feenstra, Robert D Bennett, Ron Ochala, Gerald Taylor Absent Robert R.
Bishop and Robert E. McCann.
The Vice President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3.08,
Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the
City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for the street
improvement in Brightmoor Home Acres Subdivision in the Southeast 1/4 of
Section 1 of the City of Livonia, Michigan.
There were approximately 100 people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera-
tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the
City Clerk.
The public hearing was declared closed at 9'00 p m, , June 15, 1987
