MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE
INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS IN THE NEWBURGH INDUSTRIAL SUBDIVISION
IN THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 30

On June 15, 1987, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and wsa called to order by the Vice
President of the Council at 9 59 p m Present: Joan McCotter, Fernon P.
Feenstra, Robert D Bennett, Ron Ochala, Gerald Taylor. Absent:
Robert R Bishop and Robert E McCann
The Vice President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance
No. 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to PRovide for the Making of
Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment
and a Special Assessment Procedure", the City Council is opening a public
hearing on the Assessment Roll for the installation of ornamental street
lighting with underground wiring on davitt poles in the Newburgh Industrial
Ito Subdivision in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 30 of the City of Livonia
There was no one present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the
office of the City Clerk
The public hearing was declared closed at 10 01 p m , June 15, 1987.
