MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE NECESSITY FOR THE INSTALLATION OF
STREET LIGHTS IN PRIDES COURT SUBDIVISION
IN THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 7
LOn June 15, 1987, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan and was called to order by the Vice
President of the Council at 9:56 p.m. Present: Joan McCotter, Fernon P.
Feenstra, Robert D. Bennett, Ron Ochala, Gerald Taylor Absent
Robert R Bishop and Robert D. McCann
The Vice President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter
3.08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Codr of Ordinances, as amended,
the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for the
installation of street lights in Prides Court Subdivision in the
Northeast 1/4 of Section 7 of the City of Livonia.
There was no one present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
L c000idecution by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the
office of the City Clerk.
The public hearing was declared closed at 9'58 p m , June 15, 1987.
