MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR THE INSTALLATION OF
STREET LIGHTS ON LAUREL AVENUE, SOUTH OF PINETREE

On May 18, 1987, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the
President of the Council at 8 31 p m. Present Robert E McCann, Fernon P.
Feenstra, Robert R. Bishop, Gerald Taylor, Robert D Bennett and Ron Ochala
Absent: Joan McCotter
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter
3 08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended,
the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for the
installation of street lights on Laurel Avenue, south of Pinetree, in the
southeast 1/4 of Section 17 of the City of Livonia
There were approximately five people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the
office of the City Clerk
The public hearing was declared closed at 8 35 p m , May 18, 1987
