MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE REQUEST BY

ACTION DISTRIBUTING COMPANY, INC.
FOR AN INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE
IN CITY OF LIVONIA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 14
On February 8, 1988, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the
Vice President of the Council, Joan McCotter, at 8 31 p m Present: Joan McCotter,
Gerald Taylor, Ron Ochala, Dale J"rciaio, Laura Toy, and Robert R. Bishop
Absent: Fernoo P. Feenstra
The Vice President stated that this was a Public Hearing on the question
of whether this City Council should approve the Application for an Industrial
Facilities Exemption Certificate as submitted by Action Distributing Company,
Inc. , covering new industrial facilities to be located within the City of
Livonia Industrial Development District No. 14.

There were approximately fifteen people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City
Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 37 p m , February 8, 1988
