MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY

FOR THE STREET IMPROVEMENT
ON JARVIS, SOUTH OF PLYMOUTH
IN THE S E 1/4 OF SECTION 30
On February 8, 1988, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the Vice
President of the Council, Joan McCotter, at 8 26 p m Present' Joan McCotter,
Gerald Taylor, Ron Ochala, Dale Jurcisin, Laura Toy, and Robert D. Bishop
Absent: Fernon P. Feeuatra,
The Vice President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter
3.08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended,
the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for the
street improvement of Jarvis, south of Plymouth in the S.E. 1/4 of Section
30, City of Livonia, Michigan
There were approximately twenty people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City
Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8:30 p m , February 8, 1988.
