MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 87-9-2-45 (WAIVER USE)
On January 11, 1988, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the
President of the Council at 9 01 p m Present Fernon P Feenstra, Laura
Toy, Robert R. Bishop, Joan McCotter, Gerald Taylor, Dale Jurcisin Absent
Ron Ochala
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No.
543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to
Notice of public hearing duly published and sent to property owners in
accordance with said Ordinance No 543, the City Council is opening a public
hearing relative to a use permit submitted by Robert L Hauser requesting
permission to construct an automatic car wash as a waiver use on property
zoned C-2 and located on the East side of Farmington Road between Schoolcraft
and Industrial Roads in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 27 of the City of Livonia
There were 15 people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera-
tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the
City Clerk
The public hearing was declared closed at 9 25 p m , January 11, 1988
