MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION NO 87-11-2-55 (Waiver Use)
On February 1 , 1988, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order
by the President of the Council at 7 31 p.m Present: Fernon P. Feenstra,
President, Joan McCotter, Robert R. Bishop, Dale Jurcisin, Ron Ochala,
Gerald Taylor and Laura Toy.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance
No 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise
pursuant to Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property
owners in accordance with said Ordinance No. 543, the City Council is
opening a public hearing relative to a use permit submitted by the
IftwNelson/Ross Companies, requesting a waiver use approval to construct
a shopping center on property zoned C-2 and located on the south side
of Eight Mile Road between Farmington and Gill Roads in the Northeast
1/4 of Section 4, City of Livonia
There were approximately twenty-seven people preaent.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in
the office of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8:04 p.m.
