MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 87-11-2-54 (Waiver Use)
1WrsOn March 16, 1988, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of
the Council at 10 01 P M Present Fernon P Feenstra, Joan McCotter, Laura Toy,
Robert R Bishop, Gerald Taylor, Ron Ochala and Dale Jurcisin Absent None.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No
543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to Notice
of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with
said Ordinance No 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing relative to
a use permit submitted by McDonald's Corporation requesting waiver use approval
to construct a restaurant on property located on the north side of Plymouth Road
between Farmington and Mayfield in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 27
There were approximately 5 people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera-
tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City
Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 10: 16 p.m. , March 16, 1988.
