MINUTES OF THE PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY

IN SUNNYSIDE, MEADOWVIEW & BILTMORE ESTATES SUBDIVISION
IN THE EAST 1/2 OF SECTION 20 AND THE WEST 1/2 OF SECTION 21
On May 16, 1988, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order
by the President of the Council at 8 09 p m Present Fernon P Feenstra,
*Robert R Bishop, Gerald Taylor, Ron Ochala and Dale Jurcisin *Entered
the hearing at 8:32 p m Absent Joan McCotter and Laura Toy
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3 08,
Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the
City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for the
installation of street lights in Sunnyside, Meadowview and Biltmore
Estates Subdivision in the East 1/2 of Section 20 and the West 1/2 of
lbw Section 21 of the City of Livonia, Michigan
There were approximately 65 people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the
office of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9 22 p m , May 16, 1988
