MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF INDUSTRIAL
DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO 47 FOR GAGNIER PRODUCTS COMPANY
On December 2, 1987, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 9 21 p m Present McCotter, Feenstra, Bishop, Taylor,
Bennett, Ochala, McCann Absent None
The President stated that this was a public hearing on the question of
whether this City Council should establish the Livonia Industrial Development
District No. 47, pursuant to Act No 198 of Public Acts of Michigan of 1974,
as amended, petitioned by Gagnier Products Company
There were approximately eight people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City
Clerk
The public hearing was declared closed at 9 30 p m , December 2, 1987
