MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING
ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF INDUSTRIAL
DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO 46

On November 18, 1987, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
the President of the Council at 7 00 p m Present. Robert E. McCann,
Joan McCotter, Fernon P. Feenstra, Robert D. Bishop, Gerald Taylor,
Ron Ocbola, Absent: Robert D. Bennett
The President stated that this is a public hearing on the question
of whether this City Council should establish the Livonia Industrial
Development District No 46, pursuant to Act No 198 of the Public Acts
of Michigan of 1974, as amended, petitioned by Kirco Realty & Development
Ltd.
There were approximately five people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City
Clerk.
The public hearing was declared closed at 7 11 p.m , November 18, 1987.
