MINUTES OF THE PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY
FOR THE INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS
IN MAYFLOWER ESTATES SUBDIVISION
IN THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 4
On April 25, 1988, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
the President of the Council at 7 52 p m Present Fernon P Feenstra,
Joan McCotter, Laura Toy, Robert R. Bishop, Gerald Taylor, Ron Ochala and
Dale Jurcisin Absent None
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter
3 08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended,
the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for the in-
stallation of street lights in Mayflower Estates Subdivision in the Southeast
1/4 of Section 4 of the City of Livonia, Michigan
There was no one present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due con-
sideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office
of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 54 p m , April 25, 1988
