MINUTES OF THE PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY
lbw FOR THE INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS
IN BOBRICH CIRCLE SUBDIVISION
IN THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 11
On April 11, 1988, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order
by the President of the Council at 7 05 P M Present Fernon P Feenstra,
Joan McCotter, Gerald Taylor and Ron Ochala Absent Laura Toy, Robert R
Bishop and Dale Jurcisin
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3 08,
Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the
City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for the installa-
tion of street lights in Bobrich Circle Subdivision in the Southeast 1/4
of Section 11 of the City of Livonia, Michigan
There was no one present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due con-
sideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office
of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 10 p m , April 11 , 1988
