MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY
FOR THE STREET IMPROVEMENT
OF HARRISON, SOUTH OF SIX MILE ROAD
IN THE NORTH 1/2 OF SECTION 13
On October 24, 1988, the above hearing was held at the
City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was
called to order by the President of the Council at 7 : 06 p.m.
Present: Fernon P. Feenstra, Joan McCotter, Laura Toy, Robert
R. Bishop, Gerald Taylor, Ron Ochala and Dale Jurcisin.
Absent: None.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of
Chapter 3 . 08 , Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of
Ordinances, as amended, the City Council is opening a public
hearing on the Necessity for the street improvement on
Harrison, South of Six Mile Road in the North 1/2 of Section
13 , City of Livonia, Michigan.
There were approximately 7 people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given
due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on
file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 : 25 p.m. ,
October 24, 1988.
