MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY
FOR THE STREET IMPROVEMENT
ON GREENLAND, WEST OF MIDDLEBELT, AND
ON HENRY RUFF, GREENLAND TO PURITAN
IN THE NORTH 1/2 OF SECTION 14
On September 26 , 1988 , the above hearing was held at the
City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was
called to order by the President of the Council at 8: 01 p.m.
Present: Fernon P. Feenstra, Joan McCotter, Laura Toy, Gerald
Taylor, Ron Ochala and Dale Jurcisin. Absent: Robert R.
Bishop.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of
Chapter 3 . 08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of
Ordinances, as amended, the City Council is opening a public
ifer hearing on the Necessity for the street improvement on
Greenland, west of Middlebelt, and on Henry Ruff, Greenland to
Puritan in the North 1/2 of Section 14 , City of Livonia,
Michigan.
There were approximately 12 people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given
due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on
file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 : 15 p.m. ,
September 26, 1988.
