MINUTES OF THE PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED

PR0JECI PLAN DY IBE ECU00MIC DDVEL0yMENI CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF LIVO0ZA FOR EMBEST, INC.
On August 15, 1988, the above hearing was held at the City
Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called
to order by the President of the Council at 8 34 p.m. Present:
Fernon P. Feenstra, Joan McCotter, Laura Toy, Robert R. Bishop,
Gerald Taylor and Ron Ochala Absent Dale Jurcisin (on vacation) .
The President stated that this is a public hearing on
whether this City Council should approve the Project Plan
recommended by The Economic Development Corporation of the City
of Livonia, consisting of the acquisition and renovation of a
139,080 square foot dairy processing facility to be located at
31770 Enterprise Drive
There were approximately 16 people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given
due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file
in the office of the City Clerk
The public hearing was declared closed at 8:40 p m ,
August 15, 1988.
