MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 89-4-8-15 (Site Plan)
On June 19, 1989, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to
order by the President of the Council at 8:17 p.m. Present:
Fernon P Feenstra, Joan McCotter, Laura Toy, Gerald Taylor and Ron
Ochala, Absent: Robert R Bishop and Dale Jurcisin.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of
Ordinance No. 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and
likewise pursuant to Notice of Public Hearing duly published and
sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance No. 543,
the City Council is opening a public hearing relative to Petition
89-4-8-15 submitted by the National Bank of Detroit, requesting
approval of all plans in connection with a proposal to construct a
branch bank in Laurel Park located on the northwest corner of
Newburgh and Six Mile in Section 7, City of Livonia.
There were approximately six people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in
the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8:34 p.m. , June 19,
1989
