MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE
Imo STREET IMPROVEMENT OF FOCH, CLARITA, PICKFORD AND GOFF
IN THE EAST 1/2 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 12
On May 15, 1989, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the
President of the Council at 7:00 P M Present: Fernon P Feenstra,
Laura Toy, Gerald Taylor, Ron Ochala and Dale Jurcisin Absent: Robert
R Bishop and Joan McCotter
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance
No. 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of
Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment
and a Special Assessment Procedure", the City Council is opening a public
hearing on the Assessment Roll for the street improvement of Foch,
Clarita, Pickford and Goff in the East 1/2 of Section 12 of the City of
Livonia
There were approximately 20 people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the
office of the City Clerk
The public hearing was declared closed at 7:28 p m. , May 15, 1989.
