MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING
iim ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF
INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 50
FOR ADAMAS, INC.
On March 15, 1989, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the Vice
President of the Council at 7:02 p m Present Joan McCotter, *Gerald
Taylor and **Dale Jurcisin Absent Fernon P Feenstra, Laura Toy,
Robert R. Bishop and Ron Ochala
The Vice President stated that this was a Public Hearing on the
question of whether this City Council should establish the Livonia
Industrial Development District No 50, pursuant to Act No 198 of the
Public Acts of Michigan of 1974, as amended, petitioned by Adamas, Inc
There were approximately 4 people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the
office of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 22 p m , March 15, 1989
