MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING
ON REQUEST BY KIRCO REALTY AND DEVELOPMENT, LTD.
TO ESTABLISH AN INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 46
On October 16, 1989, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to
order by the President of the Council at 7:00 P. M.
Present: Fernon P. Feenstra, Joan McCotter, Gerald D. Taylor, Dale
A. Jurcisin and Ron Ochala (arrived at 7:05). Absent: Laura M.
Toy and Robert F. Bishop.
ImoThe Vice-President stated that this was a Public Hearing on the
question of whether this City Council should establish an
industrial development district hereinafter referred to as
"Proposed City of Livonia Industrial Development District No. 46."
There were 7 people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in
the Office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7:14 P. M. , October 16,
1989.
