HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1989-08-07 SERVICE STATION 25161 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON REPLACEMENT OF EXISTING SERVICE STATION, CORNER OF FARMINGTON AND EIGHT MILE ROAD, NW 1/4 OF SECTION 4 On August 7, 1989, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 7:00 p.m. Present: Fernon P. Feenstra, Joan McCotter, Robert R. Bishop, Dale Jurcisin and Laura Toy. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to Notice of Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing relative to an appeal submitted by Daniel G. Wyllie for Amoco Oil Company for proposal to replace an existing service station located on the sw corner of Farmington and Eight Mile in nw 1/4 of Section 4, City of Livonia. There were approximately 22 people present. Questions and comments from interested people were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
