MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY
101 RELATIVE TO A PROPOSED STREET IMPROVEMENT ON
WESTMORE AVENUE, NORTH OF SEVEN MILE 150 FEET
IN THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 3
On June 26, 1989, the above hearing was held at the
City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and
was called to order by the President of the Council at 8: 43
p.m. Present: Fernon P. Feenstra, Joan McCotter, Robert R.
Bishop, Ron Ochala and Dale Jurcisin. Absent: Laura Toy
and Gerald Taylor.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of
Chapter 3 . 08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of
Ordinances, as amended, the City Council is opening a public
ir hearing on the Necessity for the proposed street improvement
on Westmore Avenue, north of Seven Mile 150 feet in the
Southwest 1/4 of Section 3 , City of Livonia, Michigan.
There were approximately twelve people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were
given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of
which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8: 44 p.m. ,
June 26, 1989.
