MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING
ON REQUEST BY INLAND FISHER GUIDE DIVISION
TO ESTABLISH AN INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 51
On August 28, 1989, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to
order by the Vice-President of the Council at 7:05 P. M.
Present: Robert F.Bishop, Joan McCotter, *Gerald D. Taylor, and
Ron Ochale. *Mr. Taylor arrived at 7:18 p.m.
Absent: Laura M. Toy, Dale A. Jurcisin and Fernon P. Feenstra.
11. The Vice-President stated that this was a Public Hearing on tha
question of whether this City Council should establish an
industrial development district hereinafter referred to as
"Proposed City of Livonia Industrial Development District No. 51."
There were 12 people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in
the Office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7:31 P. M., August 28,
1989.
