MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING
L ON REVOCATION OF LICENSE
ERIN COIN SHOP
On February 14, 1990 , the above hearing was held at the City
Hall , 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was
called to order by the President of the Council at 7 : 31 p.m.
Present: Joan McCotter, Robert R Bishop, Gerald Taylor,
Dale Jurcisin, Ron Ochala ( al-rived at 7 : 45 P M. ) and Fernon
Feenstra. Absent: Laura Toy
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of
Section 5 . 03 . 090 of the Livonia Code of Ordinances , as
amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing on the
appeal from Erin Coin Shop on the revocation of its
Precious-Metal and Gem Dealers License and Secondhand
Merchants ' License application by Mayor Robert D Bennett
and by City Clerk Robert F. Nash
There were approximately 9 people present
Questions and comments from interested people were
given due consideration by the Council , a transcript of
which of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 : 30 p.m. ,
February 14 , 1990 .
