MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING
ON REQUEST BY AIR GAGE COMPANY
TO TRANSFER AND EXTEND TAX ABATEMENT
On January 15, 1990, the above hearing was held at the City
Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called
to order by the Vice President of the Council at 9:00 P. M
Present: Laura Toy, Robert R. Bishop, Gerald Taylor, Dale Jurcisin,
Fernon P. Feenstra and Ron Ochala Absent: Joan McCotter.
The Vice President stated that this was a Public Hearing on
the transfer and extension of the tax abatement previously granted
to TNT-EDM Inc. , the same to be transferred to Air Gage Company to
provide a full 12-year period of tax abatement covering new
industrial facilities to be located within City of Livonia
Industrial Development District No. 26
There were 2 persons present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in
the Office of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9:20 P M. , January
15, 1990.
