HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1990-01-15 NECESSITY FITZGERALD 25468 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY RELATIVE TO A PROPOSED STREET IMPROVEMENT ON FITZGERALD AVENUE, NORTH OF SEVEN MILE ROAD IN SECTION 5 On January 15, 1990, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the Vice President of the Council at 8:51 P M. Present: Robert R. Bishop (arrived at 8 30 P M. ), Laura Toy (arrived at 8:35 P.M. ), Gerald Taylor, Dale Jurcisin, Fernon P Feenstra and Ron Ochala. Absent: Joan McCotter. The Vice President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3 08.070, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for the proposed street improvement on Fitzgerald Avenue, North of Seven Mile Road in Section 5, City of Livonia, Michigan. There were approximately 44 people present Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9:00 p m. , January 15, 1990 . /rASeik )4446 ROBERT F NASH, CITY CLERK L
