HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1990-01-15 NECESSITY PERSHING 25467 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY RELATIVE TO A PROPOSED STREET IMPROVEMENT ON PERSHING, GOFF & MARGARETA IN THE NORTH 1/4 OF SECTION 12 On January 15, 1990, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the Vice President of the Council at 8:23 P M. Present: Robert R. Bishop (arrived at 8:30 P M ), Laura Toy (arrived at 8:35 P.M. ), Gerald Taylor, Dale Jurcisin, Fernon P. Feenstra and Ron Ochala Absent: Joan McCotter. The Vice President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3.08 070, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for the proposed street improvement on Pershing, Goff & Margareta in the North 1/4 of Section 12, City of Livonia, Michigan There were approximately 44 people present Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
