HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1990-01-15 NECESSITY PARAGON 25466 lbwMINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR THE INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS IN THE PARAGON TECHNOLOGY SUBDIVISION IN THE N.E. 1/4 OF SECTION 27 On January 15, 1990, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the Vice President of the Council at 8 17 P M Present Gerald Taylor, Dale Jurcisin, Fernon P Feenstra and Ron Ochala. Absent: Joan McCotter, Robert R. Bishop and Laura Toy The Vice President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3.08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for the installation of street lights in the Paragon Technology Subdivision in the N.E. 1/4 of Section 27, City of Livonia, Michigan. There were approximately forty four people present Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 21 P M , January 15, 1990. 7.tad/4 ROBERT F.
