MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE REQUEST BY
HY-FORM PRODUCTS INC. FOR AN INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES
EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE IN CITY OF LIVONIA
INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 9
On December 13 , 1989 , the above hearing was held at the
City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and
was called to order by the President of the Council at 8 : 00
p.m. Present: Fernon P. Feenstra, Robert R. Bishop, Dale
Jurcisin and Gerald Taylor. Absent: Laura Toy, Joan
MCcotter and Ron Ochala.
The President stated that this was a Public Hearing on
the question of whether this City Council should approve the
Application for an Industrial Facilities Exemption
Certificate as submitted by Hy-Form Products, Inc. covering
ir industrial facilities to be located within City of Livonia
Industrial Development District No. 9 .
There was one person present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were
given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of
which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 : 15 p.m. ,
December 13 , 1989.
