Ibm MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 89-12-2-56 (WAIVER USE)
On April 23, 1990, the above hearing was held at the City
Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, MI, and was called to
order by the President of the Council at 8:33 P. M. Present: Joan
McCotter, Laura Toy, Gerald Taylor, Dale Jurcisin, Ron Ochala and
Fernon Feenstra (arrived at 7:30 P. M.) Absent: Robert R. Bishop.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of
Ordinance No. 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and
likewise pursuant to Notice of Public Hearing duly published and
sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance No. 543,
the City Council is opening a public hearing relative to Petition
89-12-2-56 submitted by Michigan Laborers' Training Institute
rpnlia..t;na waiupr use approval for outdoor storage of equipment and
materials in conjunction with a proposed construction laborers'
school to be located on the west side of Stark Road between
Schoolcraft Road and Industrial Road in the Northeast 1/4 of
Section 28, City of Livonia.
lir There were approximately 12 people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in
the Office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9:01 P. M , April
23, 1990.
