MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE
INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS IN THE BELDEN INDUSTRIAL
SUBDIVISION, S.W. 1/4 OF SECTION 28
On April 18, 1990, the above hearing was held at the City
Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, MI, and was called to
order by the President of the Council at 7:08 P. M. Present: Joan
McCotter, Robert Bishop, Laura Toy, Dale Jurcisin, Ron Ochala and
Fernon P. Feenstra. Absent: Gerald Taylor.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of
Ordinance No. 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide
for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense
Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure,"
the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Assessment Roll
for the installation of 100 watt high pressure sodium lights on
davitt poles with underground wiring in the southwest 1/4 of
Section 26, City of Livonia.
There were no persons present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
11. consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in
the Office of the City Clerk.
The public hearing was declared closed at 7.10 P M. April 18,
1990.
