HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1990-03-28 SAD STAMFORD 25664 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS IN THE STAMFORD ACRES SUBDIVISION, N E. 1/4 OF SECTION 9 On March 28, 1990, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, MI, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 7:04 P M. Present: Joan McCotter, Robert Bishop, Gerald Taylor, Dale Jurcisin, Ron Ochala and Fernon P. Feenstra. Absent. Laura Toy. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure," the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Assessment Roll for the installation of 100 watt high pressure sodium lights on davitt poles with underground wiring in the northeast 1/4 of Section 9, City of Livonia There were approximately 20 people present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk. 111 The public hearing was declared closed at 7:15 P M.
