HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1990-07-11 PETITION 1989-04-08-18 25899 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION NO. 89-4-8-18 (SITE PLAN) On July 11, 1990, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8:14 P.M. Present: Joan McCotter, Robert R. Bishop, Gerald Taylor, Dale Jurcisin and Laura Toy. Absent: Ron Ochala and Fernon P. Feenstra (both on vacation). The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance No. 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing regarding a Lir one-year extension to this Petition to renovate and add to an existing commercial building located on the S.W. corner of Eight Mile and Inkster in the N.E 1/4 of Section 1. There were approximately two persons present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
