MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE
liwDEMOLITION OF 18875 LATHERS
On June 20, 1990, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to
order by the President of the Council at 8 50 p m Present Joan
McCotter, Laura Toy, Robert R Bishop, Gerald Taylor, Ron Ochala
and Fernon P Feenstra Absent Dale Jurcisin
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of
Chapter 15 52, City Council Hearing - Demolition Authorized When,
of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the City Council is
opening a public hearing on the demolition of a building located
at 18875 Lathers, Livonia in Section 33 of the City of Livonia
There were approximately two persons present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in
the office of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9 05 p m. , June 20,
1990
