MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR
lio THE INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS IN WILLOW WOODS SUBDIVISION
IN THE S W 1/4 OF SECTION 5
On June 20, 1990, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to
order by the President of the Council at 7:56 p m Present Joan
McCotter, Laura Toy, Robert R Bishop, Gerald Taylor, Ron Ochala
and Fernon P Feenstra Absent Dale Jurcisin
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of
Ordinance No 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide
for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense
Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure,"
the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Assessment Roll
lbwfor the installation of high pressure sodium lights with colonial
post tops and underground wiring in Willow Woods Subdivision in the
S W 1/4 of Section 5, City of Livonia, Michigan
There were no persons present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in
the office of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 57 p m , June 20,
1990.
