MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION NO 88-4-2-16 (Waiver Use)
On June 20, 1990, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to
order by the President of the Council at 7:13 p m Present: Joan
McCotter, Laura Toy, Robert R Bishop, Gerald Taylor, Ron Ochala
and Fernon P Feenstra Absent Dale Jurcisin
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of
Ordinance No 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and
likewise pursuant to Notice of Public Hearing duly published and
sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance No 543,
the City Council is opening a public hearing relative to Petition
88-4-2-16 submitted by Donald Laidlaw for Bottles & Stuff, LTD,
lie requesting waiver use approval to utilize an SDM License within an
existing party store located on the West side of Newburgh Road
between Five Mile Road and Lancaster Avenue in the S E 1/4 of
Section 18, City of Livonia
There was one person present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in
the office of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 15 p m. , June 20,
1990
